2. Guidance for candidates
- Keep your profile accurate and relevant to employment.
- Do not publish sensitive identity, banking or authentication details.
- Verify employers independently before sharing additional documents.
- Never pay for a job offer and never share an OTP or password.
- Use the reporting channel if a job, message or employer appears suspicious.
3. Standards for employers and recruiters
- Post only genuine roles that you are authorised to recruit for.
- Describe the organisation, role and eligibility requirements accurately.
- Use candidate data only for genuine recruitment and protect it appropriately.
- Do not charge candidates for applications, interviews or job offers.
- Do not discriminate unlawfully, harass users or request irrelevant sensitive data.
- Remove filled, expired or cancelled roles promptly.
4. Review and enforcement
We may review reports, request additional information, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent authorities where appropriate. Action may depend on the severity, context, available evidence, user history and applicable law.
Where appropriate, users may submit a grievance about platform content or an enforcement decision.
