1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Work42, a job platform operated by audoxsoft from No. 5/746, Pinjamadai, Vadakkalur (PO), Annur, Coimbatore - 641653, Tamil Nadu, India. By using Work42, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the platform if you do not agree.
2. What Work42 does
Work42 helps candidates discover opportunities and helps employers publish jobs and connect with candidates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Work42 is not an employer, recruitment agent, background-verification agency or guarantor of any job, candidate, employer, salary, interview or hiring outcome.
You are responsible for independently checking the identity, credentials, claims and suitability of people and organisations you interact with.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- You may not sell, transfer or share your account.
4. Employer responsibilities
Employers and recruiters must publish genuine, lawful opportunities and accurately describe the role, organisation, location, eligibility criteria and compensation where disclosed. They must use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes, protect it appropriately, and comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, consumer, data-protection and other laws.
Employers must not charge candidates a fee to apply, interview or receive an offer through Work42. Any optional paid service must be clearly identified and must never be presented as a condition for employment.
5. Prohibited use
You must not:
- post fake jobs, misleading claims, pyramid schemes or unlawful work;
- request money, deposits, gift cards, OTPs, passwords or banking credentials as a condition of recruitment;
- harass, discriminate against, exploit or impersonate another person or organisation;
- upload malware, scrape the platform without permission or interfere with security;
- use candidate data for marketing, resale or any purpose unrelated to genuine recruitment; or
- publish content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Content and moderation
You remain responsible for content you submit. You grant Work42 a limited licence to host, display and process that content only as needed to operate, protect and improve the platform. We may review, restrict, remove or preserve content and suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Work42’s branding, interface and platform materials belong to audoxsoft or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the platform only for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
Work42 is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party content. We are not responsible for independent actions of users, employers or external websites. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms with an updated effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, risk to users, legal requirements or discontinuation of a service. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts with jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over disputes.
