3. How we use personal data

- display candidate profiles to employers according to your settings;
- help candidates search for and apply to jobs;
- allow employers to publish and manage job postings;
- communicate service, support, safety and policy updates;
- detect spam, impersonation, fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- comply with lawful requests and applicable legal obligations; and
- improve the platform using aggregated or de-identified insights where appropriate.
Where consent is required, we will request it through a clear notice and provide a way to withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, account operation, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and report suspicious activity promptly.
